tea time: caramel pop corn.. jz small serving

dinner: ikan patin msak tmpoyak dgn betik..

Saturday Shopping..

hurm...nama pn hari sabtu.. xmelekat la kt umah.. bukan nye pe.. bosan dk kt umah.. xberkembang otak klo terperuk dlm umah je.. rse cam ssak nfas je.. huk3... dh kuar tu.. diet rule pn ade la terbreak.. mkn x ikut time.. tpi.. leh jalan rse nye berkilo2 meter gak.. total up.. hak3... breakfast: oat crunch.
 n then lunch dis one..

lunch: mee sanggul with wantan

lunch: watermelon juice

tea time: oat bread with tuna onion


for dinner, bihun tom yam n oren juice.. :)

huhu.. dsbb kn i mkn chocholate chip walnut cake.. rse bersalah sgt..so, i cover back with 20 minutes exercise on lower body and 8 minutes for arms.. :) lunch ari ni termakan lbih ckit nsi.. sbb adik tu xfhm2.. org minta stgh.. die ltk bnyk gak.. dh sruh 2x dia buang...still bnyk..

Kursus Classroom day...

Seawal kul 7 pgi dh mula bergegas ke uitm s.alam.. huk3.. jem2.. xleh pisahkan jem & kwsn bndar2.. huk3.. pe2 pn.. pgi kursus ni.. m'beri mnfaat sgt.. t'utamanya tnga pngajar yg bru spt sy utk m'mntap kn diri dlm cra bekerja.. :) okie.. berikut ape yg d mkn,, cme lunch xsmpt capture since qillah dtg amik kunci..so, situation agak clumsy.. hik3..overall, ari kursus ari yg mkn bnyk dh la exercise xsmpt wt.. huk3..:( so..today kne blas ngn bnyk snaman la.. hik3..

breakfast: 2 wholemeal bread with butter n sugar topping n milo oat drink

Morning Tea: wah...so heavy.. dh org sedia.. mkn aje..

Dinner: Hot Soy Milk
Dinner: laksa yg bleh la..

huk2.. tgk tajuk pn da tau kn..so,, ari ni xwt exercise since suffer of pain.. and mknan pn de yg xsmpt capture.. hurm. breakfast wholemeal bread with sardin, lunch with nsi spruh dgn ikan msak smbal, with syur cmpur n ulam2, air mngga... n then dinner smpt d tngkp gmbr.. layan...

ni utk morning snek: prsa strawberry + blackcurrant... sdap gak..


dinner yg trlwt: sup ayam + syuran2 segar... :)

Semangat yang menghilang.. kini kembali.. :)

assalam... since it's been a long..long time a go.. i've been not updated with my blog.. lol.. ! namun..kini.. smngt dan azam utk diet kini kembali... key point utk kurang kn berat adalah keazaman... :) so.. utk mengekalkan keazaman ini.. 1 kaedah yg bersesuaian utk diri saya adalah "reward" diri sendiri stlh cpai short term goal.. so..utk 2 minggu ni... 2 kg lemak harus disingkirkan.. utk hdiah..tnya la penaja.. iaitu.. ehem2... org yg pling sy syg..thanks for being my supporter at all times.. love u.. :)

so..ni lah hasil mknan yg d mkn.. utk breakfast, lunch, sneak and also.. dinner.. 20 minutes exercise on upper part body n 8 minutes tight utk senaman ari ni.. i'm guessing utk tommorrow.. 20 minutes for lower part and 8 minutes for arm.. :)

lunch: tofu telur... spttnye ltak carrot utk lbih khasiat n cntik..

tea time: betik bli kt econsave,, 

dinner: steeak,,, bhgian daging xde lemak.. kenyang sgt2...

What Happened???

as salam.. it's been a long time i've been not updated with my food journal.. mse ari tu wt about 1 week.. suma org ckp nmpk kurus.. but sya x maintain.. rugi kn..?? xpe la.. skrg ni dh msuk keja.. so.. new strategic must be create.. cni mst mkn breakfast kt umah, lunch kt luar n dinner at home... hurm...
almost six to seven month nk naik pelamin ni.. kne jge pemakanan.. go go chaiyok.. n d sbb kn d tmpt bru ni.. xtau kt mne tmpt nk exercise.. i guess berjogging je ujung minggu ari sabtu n ahad d keliling blok yg berbukit tu.. mst ckup berpeluh kn.. hehe.. :) okie.. need to go back to my work.. ade keje ke?? hak2.. keje ntah pe2 ada la..hahahaha...

Freaking Friday..

okie.. today is 3rd day of my challenge.. huk2.. quite sad coz cik abe cyg ckp bhwsanye.. my eating food behavior is not right..hurmm.. ye ke? bukn nye ape.. i want to make small changes first but secara berterusan... nnt over dose sgt.. jdi nya spt hangat2 tahi ayam sja.. huhu.. die ckp lgi..mkn dlm bekas yg kcil..spy tendency utk mkn in small portion.. btw, thank u coz always right beside me... *wink*
here is da food today... yg keciwa.. ari ni xsmpt nk workout sbb g bli stock brang utk meniaga di bazar makanan 1malaysia. hopefully,, jualan memberangsangkan...hehe.. jz pray.. InsyaAllah...


breakfast n agak berat iaitu half cup bihun goreng with milo+oat


lunch: iced lemon with nsi cmpur (tlur mata + tomatoes + syur yg msak kari tu.. nme pe ntah..)

dinner: dis rojak n 1/2 waffle with strawberry spread

2nd day...

okie.. msuk ari yg ke dua dh.. bak kata si dia... sya ni smgt 2 ari je... so.. i want to prove to him.. yg sy akn smgt smpai 365 ari = 1 thn.. hehe.. :) boleh ke.. here is my breakfast...
telur separuh masak + apam 2 biji n soy milk
okie.. for lunch plak... lebih kn sayuran n buah2an jgk..
anggur ni kurang lazat sbb beli sale kt psr mlm.. huk2.. berbiji n ade yg msm juga...
ari ni mood terasa lapar ckit.. so.. ada tea time.. hehe.. tpi.. biskut kering ni..ptt d gnti ngn biskut oat yg lbih sihat.. tpi out of stock la.. nnt kne shopping barang2 sihat la.. hihi..


a cup of tea n 3 cream crackers..
and today.. coz of kaki melecet smlm.. so, i decided utk lakukan snaman d rumah sja mnggunakan vcd berikut.. total senaman 30 minit.. 20minit utk upper body, n 10 minit utk lower body..

berbaloi bli vcd ni terutama wktu cuaca ujan ker... wt sja d rumah.. 
n lastly, for my dinner... my homemade bihun tom yam.. rse nye okie la..xla sesedap secret recipe kn.. hehe.. but i put more on veggie.. utk ari ni.. mknn berasaskan bijiran amat kurang...sok kne top up yer Farhana.. overall.. u did good job.. keep work hard babe....!!

1st day challange

Hari ni smngt tol sy menulis blog ni... ye la.. nk upload bnde ape yg mkn ari ni.. for breakfast xsmpt nk tngkap gmbr sbb ank buah dh nangis2 kna layan die.. hehe.. so... breakfast i eat, oat+milo with ubi keledek goreng 3 keping. n for lunch, here is the food... lebih kn sayur2an dan buah2an..
ni la rupa lunch sy.. Alhamdulillah kenyang dgn 3 suap nasi
after dat, minum petang dgn jackfruit bak kata omputih.. melayu nye,, buah nangka.. hehe... ayah yg bwk balik... ni pn kenyang gak...tpi mistake la letak kuah rojak mak bee... xsesuai mkn ngn nangka... hehe..
nangka yg fresh dri umah tok..
yg pling suka.. ari ni mula agenda berjogging.. nk pegi pnya psl.. kasut sport tenggelam bnjir... pkai ksut adik yg saiz kecil ckit.. kn dh dpt habuan.. kaki dh melecet.. overall.. great job for u,,, sbb lari nk dkt 20 min utk 3-4km.. xpasti trek tu pnjng mna..lps ni tau dh.. bhwasanye.. aerobic kt trek tu pd ari rabu,, next week leh join... :) 
for mkn mlm.. bnde berikut d mkn.. overall... pemakanan dh okie.. cuma bnde mnis perlu d kurangkn lgi.. keep up good work Farhana...!!!
