Healty breakfast: Banana with oat soy milk..

Walnut Choc. Chip with detox tea

Dinner: Bihun hailam
huhu.. dsbb kn i mkn chocholate chip walnut cake.. rse bersalah sgt..so, i cover back with 20 minutes exercise on lower body and 8 minutes for arms.. :) lunch ari ni termakan lbih ckit nsi.. sbb adik tu xfhm2.. org minta stgh.. die ltk bnyk gak.. dh sruh 2x dia buang...still bnyk..
