huhu.. ari ni lgi la truk.. diet totally break up.. huhu.. ntah pe2 je mkn.. lets check out...

lunch + breakfast: bihun sup x sdap..

dis one is not pkaian.. dis is my lil eusuff pnye bju.. nk hdiah kn die...

tea time: caramel pop corn.. jz small serving

dinner: ikan patin msak tmpoyak dgn betik..

Saturday Shopping..

hurm...nama pn hari sabtu.. xmelekat la kt umah.. bukan nye pe.. bosan dk kt umah.. xberkembang otak klo terperuk dlm umah je.. rse cam ssak nfas je.. huk3... dh kuar tu.. diet rule pn ade la terbreak.. mkn x ikut time.. tpi.. leh jalan rse nye berkilo2 meter gak.. total up.. hak3... breakfast: oat crunch.
 n then lunch dis one..

lunch: mee sanggul with wantan

lunch: watermelon juice

tea time: oat bread with tuna onion


for dinner, bihun tom yam n oren juice.. :)

wah,.. ari ni.. i fell healthy la... bersenam kuar bnyk sgt pluh.. bru jmpe video bru utk exercise... its will burn u 120 calories.. !! mmg best.. plus, dgn wt 10 minutes aerobic

huhu.. dsbb kn i mkn chocholate chip walnut cake.. rse bersalah sgt..so, i cover back with 20 minutes exercise on lower body and 8 minutes for arms.. :) lunch ari ni termakan lbih ckit nsi.. sbb adik tu xfhm2.. org minta stgh.. die ltk bnyk gak.. dh sruh 2x dia buang...still bnyk..

Kursus Classroom day...

Seawal kul 7 pgi dh mula bergegas ke uitm s.alam.. huk3.. jem2.. xleh pisahkan jem & kwsn bndar2.. huk3.. pe2 pn.. pgi kursus ni.. m'beri mnfaat sgt.. t'utamanya tnga pngajar yg bru spt sy utk m'mntap kn diri dlm cra bekerja.. :) okie.. berikut ape yg d mkn,, cme lunch xsmpt capture since qillah dtg amik kunci..so, situation agak clumsy.. hik3..overall, ari kursus ari yg mkn bnyk dh la exercise xsmpt wt.. huk3..:( so..today kne blas ngn bnyk snaman la.. hik3..

breakfast: 2 wholemeal bread with butter n sugar topping n milo oat drink

Morning Tea: wah...so heavy.. dh org sedia.. mkn aje..

Dinner: Hot Soy Milk
Dinner: laksa yg bleh la..

Moody Day...

huk2.. tgk tajuk pn da tau kn..so,, ari ni xwt exercise since suffer of pain.. and mknan pn de yg xsmpt capture.. hurm. breakfast wholemeal bread with sardin, lunch with nsi spruh dgn ikan msak smbal, with syur cmpur n ulam2, air mngga... n then dinner smpt d tngkp gmbr.. layan...

ni utk morning snek: prsa strawberry + blackcurrant... sdap gak..


dinner yg trlwt: sup ayam + syuran2 segar... :)

dinner: betik again..

Semangat yang menghilang.. kini kembali.. :)

assalam... since it's been a long..long time a go.. i've been not updated with my blog.. lol.. ! namun..kini.. smngt dan azam utk diet kini kembali... key point utk kurang kn berat adalah keazaman... :) so.. utk mengekalkan keazaman ini.. 1 kaedah yg bersesuaian utk diri saya adalah "reward" diri sendiri stlh cpai short term goal.. so..utk 2 minggu ni... 2 kg lemak harus disingkirkan.. utk hdiah..tnya la penaja.. iaitu.. ehem2... org yg pling sy syg..thanks for being my supporter at all times.. love u.. :)

so..ni lah hasil mknan yg d mkn.. utk breakfast, lunch, sneak and also.. dinner.. 20 minutes exercise on upper part body n 8 minutes tight utk senaman ari ni.. i'm guessing utk tommorrow.. 20 minutes for lower part and 8 minutes for arm.. :)


sneak pagi.. oat krunch.. :) brekfast only 2 kping roti whole bread


lunch: tofu telur... spttnye ltak carrot utk lbih khasiat n cntik..

lunch: ikan msk singgang.. recipe from cik abg.. tpi die ckp.. ni sup kuning...:|

ooppss..ni bukan mknan.. tpi signage sementara yg dh siap..ooo...yeah..

tea time: betik bli kt econsave,, 

dinner: steeak,,, bhgian daging xde lemak.. kenyang sgt2...
