and today.. coz of kaki melecet smlm.. so, i decided utk lakukan snaman d rumah sja mnggunakan vcd berikut.. total senaman 30 minit.. 20minit utk upper body, n 10 minit utk lower body..

n lastly, for my dinner... my homemade bihun tom yam.. rse nye okie la..xla sesedap secret recipe kn.. hehe.. but i put more on veggie.. utk ari ni.. mknn berasaskan bijiran amat kurang...sok kne top up yer Farhana.. overall.. u did good job.. keep work hard babe....!!
