1st day challange

Hari ni smngt tol sy menulis blog ni... ye la.. nk upload bnde ape yg mkn ari ni.. for breakfast xsmpt nk tngkap gmbr sbb ank buah dh nangis2 kna layan die.. hehe.. so... breakfast i eat, oat+milo with ubi keledek goreng 3 keping. n for lunch, here is the food... lebih kn sayur2an dan buah2an..
ni la rupa lunch sy.. Alhamdulillah kenyang dgn 3 suap nasi
after dat, minum petang dgn jackfruit bak kata omputih.. melayu nye,, buah nangka.. hehe... ayah yg bwk balik... ni pn kenyang gak...tpi mistake la letak kuah rojak mak bee... xsesuai mkn ngn nangka... hehe..
nangka yg fresh dri umah tok..
yg pling suka.. ari ni mula agenda berjogging.. nk pegi pnya psl.. kasut sport tenggelam bnjir... pkai ksut adik yg saiz kecil ckit.. kn dh dpt habuan.. kaki dh melecet.. overall.. great job for u,,, sbb lari nk dkt 20 min utk 3-4km.. xpasti trek tu pnjng mna..lps ni tau dh.. bhwasanye.. aerobic kt trek tu pd ari rabu,, next week leh join... :) 
for mkn mlm.. bnde berikut d mkn.. overall... pemakanan dh okie.. cuma bnde mnis perlu d kurangkn lgi.. keep up good work Farhana...!!!
